"Building experiences, not just interfaces"
The total user experience affects the customer’s satisfaction with the product or service. A usable solution matches the user’s needs and goals. Easy to use solutions create a positive user experience, thus enhancing the customer’s satisfaction.
Users want intuitive and easy to use solutions. If users don’t easily understand how to use your site or product, they may turn to a competitive product. Usable solutions influence a user to choose your product over the competition.
The design of your product impacts the perception of your brand. An unusable solution causes frustration and undermines the user’s confidence in your product. This may have a negative influence on your brand. An easy to use product gives users confidence and a good user experience. Good user experiences translate into positive brand image.
